I went to the Apple.ca website (Apple site for Canada) and launched a chat with a specialist there asking them specifically if I purchased an Ultra 2 in Canada, would it work with my cell carriers in the US when I come back Stateside. The specialist clearly said the cell functions won't work because cell is country specific.
